Customer Service Leader

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Customer Service Leader loves to enable amazing customer service experiences, solve problems and identify opportunities to enhance every sale! Our Customer Service Leader (CSL) will help develop and document key processes, and keep them updated as he/she identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The CSL will also engage directly in the marketing efforts of our company as we expand and grow. This role includes selecting, motivating, coaching, inspiring and training the customer service team on the best ways to approach customers and attend to their needs. Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company to most customers and, thus, play a critical role in business development and setting the tone of our relationships.

We expect our Customer Service Leader to possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment focused on customer service and/or marketing.
  • A knack for identifying process improvement opportunities and a passion for executing on these opportunities.
  • A balance of fun, friendly and professional demeanor.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is highly valued.
